I still laugh when people are surprised by my tech knowledge.
I grew up loving cars, technology & racing. I had no idea that I
would get paid to talk about what I love! Then, I was hired as a
Product Specialist & Spokesperson for the Auto Show Circuit.
What could be more fun? I’ve presented some of the most
innovative technology to people in all walks of life, from stay
at home moms to engineers, all while traveling & loving every
minute of it!
No surprise I felt right at home when I was invited to be a
Correspondent on ESPN’s Road Trip to the Auto Shows. I had
the honor of officially saying, “Ladies & Gentlemen start your
engines,” when fans at Irwindale Speedway voted for me to
Emcee & Report at the track. It was such a thrill to be there
live in the midst of all the action. So I jumped at the chance to
Co-Host the longest running single-make racing championship
in North America: The Ferrari Challenge.
Some of my most fun adrenaline-packed moments at work:
interviewing celebrity drivers at the Grand Prix of Long Beach
& putting my sense of adventure to the test, going 160 mph in
a Ferrari race car. Ok, racing Juan Pablo Montoya’s Car at
Homestead Miami Speedway, was pretty cool too & so was
off-roading for the first time in a Super Charged Range Rover!
